Crossbeam is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to architect and own a scalable platform. You will design, implement and operate secure, reliable infrastructure, partnering with engineering to automate deployments and improve observability.
This role remains hands-on and deeply technical, with influence across a distributed team. You will lead architecture reviews, mentor engineers and drive improvements in CI/CD, security and performance.

Most go-to-market teams are still running playbooks built for a different era. More cold outreach. More ads. More noise. Crossbeam was built on a different idea: the fastest path to revenue is often through the companies already connected to your customers.
Crossbeam is the platform that makes that possible. Companies use Crossbeam to securely compare CRM data with partners, revealing shared customers, overlapping prospects, and warm paths into deals. We're defining the category of ecosystem-led growth and giving revenue teams a fundamentally better signal for how to prioritize accounts, collaborate with partners, and win deals faster.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our highly collaborative and distributed Engineering team.
This is a senior individual contributor role with broad technical ownership and significant influence across Engineering. Your mission will be to help design and evolve a platform that is reliable, scalable, secure and efficient, while raising the bar for SRE and cloud-native practices across the organisation.
We are looking for someone who wants to remain deeply hands‑on: someone who can design architecture, challenge technical decisions, automate at scale, investigate complex production issues and help other engineers make better technical decisions.
You don't need to become a manager to have significant impact here.
We expect you to bring roughly 8 to 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering. More importantly, we are looking for technical depth and demonstrated ownership, rather than a specific number of years.
We don't expect expertise in every language or technology in our stack. We care much more about your ability to understand unfamiliar systems, go deep when necessary and learn quickly.
Experience with some of the following would be valuable, but we don't expect you to tick every box:
We are a distributed Engineering organisation where autonomy, concise communication and technical excellence matter.
Our engineers are expected to understand the problems they own, challenge assumptions and make decisions rather than simply execute tickets.
We value people who can combine technical depth with pragmatism: engineers who know when to go deep, when to simplify and when the best engineering decision is not to add more technology.
This role offers significant technical scope and autonomy. It is particularly suited to an experienced engineer who wants to increase their technical impact without moving away from engineering into people management.
