Job summary

Docebo is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer II to safeguard reliability across our critical product domains and drive scalable, resilient platforms. You will partner with engineering leaders to set standards and roadmaps that empower the AI-powered learning platform used by customers worldwide.

You will lead high-impact incident responses, build advanced observability, and mentor senior engineers while balancing speed with stability in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of SRE/DevOps/production engineering with distributed systems experience.
• Cloud infra (AWS preferred), container orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Clean, high-performing code in at least one major language; automate repetitive tasks.
• Proven incident management experience and reliability programs.
• Cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Set reliability objectives (SLIs/SLOs) and roadmaps for core services.
• Lead cross-service incident responses during outages.
• Drive adoption of reliability patterns and deployment safety.

As our Senior Site Reliability Engineer II, you’ll step up as the ultimate guardian of reliability across our critical product domains and services. You will architect high-performing platforms, turn complex systems into resilient superpowers, and collaborate directly with engineering leaders to set bulletproof standards. THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Master the Domain: Partner with engineering teams to set crystal-clear reliability objectives (SLIs/SLOs) and build long-term reliability roadmaps for core services.


• Tackle High-Stakes Incidents: Lead cross-service incident responses during critical outages, guiding teams with confidence and translating chaos into clear, durable solutions.


• Architect Resilient Futures: Drive the company-wide adoption of cutting-edge reliability patterns, deployment safety capabilities, and infrastructure scalability.


• Elevate Observability: Build and refine advanced observability tools to catch issues before they reach production.


• Champion Engineering Balance: Influence product design and system architecture to maintain the ultimate equilibrium between feature velocity and rock-solid reliability.


• Empower the Team: Mentor senior engineers, elevate best practices, and play a pivotal role in recruiting top-tier talent to the SRE organization.

• Battle-Tested Expertise: Bring 6–10 years of SRE, DevOps, or production engineering experience with hands-on mastery of complex distributed systems.


• Cloud Architecture Wizardry: Command cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), container orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code to keep modern platforms humming.


• Engineering Precision: Craft clean, high-performing code in at least one major language alongside a knack for automating away repetitive tasks.
