Fledge in Paris is seeking a Senior CyberSecurity Researcher to tackle security challenges around secrets in the world of agentic AI. You will join the cybersecurity research team with backgrounds from CISO roles, red teaming, and vulnerability research, contributing to cutting-edge investigations and public findings.

You will balance deep research (about 70%) with producing technical content for the security community, including 2–3 deep-dive articles or talks per quarter, and you will

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a security engineer role with at least 2 years of research work.
• Strong offensive security background with attacker mindset.
• Experience with reverse engineering and API/web security (OAuth, JWT, token validation, secret exposure).
• Comfort with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI/LLM ecosystems.
• Proficient in Python, Go, or Rust; strong data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Investigate novel and existing tactics to find and abuse exposed credentials and publish findings.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve product security, secret validation, and coverage.
• Track offensive trends and publish 2–3 technical deep-dives or talks quarterly.
• Explain complex vulnerabilities clearly to technical and non-technical audiences; present at conferences.
