Fledge, a boutique Talent search firm, is seeking a Product Engineer based in Paris to work with founders, engineering, design, and product teams by building customer-facing, innovative products from the ground up. You will join a stealth-stage project and take full ownership from day one.

• Design and build customer-facing features in collaboration with product, design, and real users—shipping fast and learning constantly.
• Take full ownership of features and systems, from architecture and implementation to deployment and iteration.
• Engage directly with users over Slack or calls to gather feedback and shape the product around real-world usage.
• Work at the frontier of LLMs and agentic systems to accelerate development and tackle vulnerability management in novel ways.
• Champion high-quality engineering practices: well-tested code, fast CI pipelines, and strong observability.
• Contribute to product direction and help shape the overall technical and cultural foundations.
