Voodoo in Paris is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join the Engineering & Data team. You will architect and maintain automated security guardrails, embed secure coding practices early, and develop continuous assessment capabilities across the business unit.

You will work hands-on with engineers on security fixes, contribute to self-service tooling, and drive threat modeling, incident response, and strategic security initiatives in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in troubleshooting complex systems and automating tasks.
• Experience identifying vulnerabilities, assessing risks, and mitigating threats.
• Hands-on scripting and review of security-focused code across languages.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience within engineering teams.
• Ability to model threats and identify systemic risks across microservices.
• Familiarity with identity protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML) and pentest concepts.

Responsabilités

• Architect, build, and maintain automated security guardrails and secure-by-default paths.
• Collaborate with dev teams to embed secure coding practices early (shift-left).
• Develop automated security assessment capabilities at scale.
• Contribute code for security fixes and paved-path tooling.
• Create self-service security tools for rapid detection and remediation.
• Implement preventive and detective controls and support incident response.
