Loft Orbital is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join the Cloud Infrastructure Team. You will maintain and scale our ground segment infrastructure, collaborating across development, operations, and IT to ensure the integration, delivery, and reliability of services that support our space operations on Earth and in orbit.

This role emphasizes SatDevOps, a hybrid cloud approach, Kubernetes expertise, GCP, IaC, CI/CD, and building scalable, highly available systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing scalable cloud infrastructure in hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and container orchestration.
• Hands-on DevOps with IaC and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with developers and satellite operators to foster a SatDevOps culture.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure in a hybrid cloud environment.
• Improve developer experience by building better tools, workflows, and environments.
• Lead automation for CI/CD, IaC, and deployment workflows.
