Infosys seeks a senior Industry Principal – SAP (IPCON) to drive SAP transformation vision and lead end-to-end S/4HANA programs across Europe. The role requires steering complex transformations, shaping roadmaps, and delivering architecture-aligned solutions in partnership with business and IT stakeholders.

You will mentor SAP architect communities, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and maintain strong client relationships at CXO levels while staying abreast of SAP innovations and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Deep SAP functional/technical knowledge in SAP ERP modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, TM, and related tools LeanIX, Signavio, Cloud ALM.
• Hands-on SAP consulting experience.
• At least 4 full lifecycle SAP implementations completed.
• Proven experience leading SAP project teams.
• Exposure to Greenfield, Brownfield or Hybrid SAP projects.
• Experience in transformation prep or Phase 0 activities.
• Proficient with SAP toolchain usage or administration.
• Valid SAP certification in relevant skill areas.
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to engage middle management.
• Ability to build proposals and accurately estimate efforts.
• Demonstrated flexibility, teamwork, and results-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead SAP solutions across end-to-end implementations and transformation programs.
• Drive client engagements from Phase 0 through execution (Greenfield, Brownfield, Hybrid).
• Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to define roadmaps and strategies.
• Utilize SAP toolchain for implementation, administration, and optimization.
• Prepare solution proposals and effort estimations; contribute to RFPs.
• Mentor and manage project teams to ensure quality and timelines.
• Represent Infosys in client meetings with professionalism and strong communication.
• Stay current with SAP innovations and share knowledge internally.
• Set and govern SAP architecture vision across the service line with enterprise standards.
• Lead SAP architect community; establish best practices and reference architectures.
