Infosys is expanding a leader role for SAP transformation in Europe. The Senior Principal will drive S/4HANA programs, craft end-to-end transformation roadmaps, and partner with clients to deliver value at scale. You will mentor teams, manage senior stakeholders, and shape platform strategies with SAP and adjacent tech partners.

The role demands extensive SAP expertise, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in large, multi-country deployments across industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in entire SAP Product Portfolio and SAP Consulting.
• Deep functional/technical SAP ERP expertise (Finance/Manufacturing/Logistics/Sales or ABAP/UI5).
• IT Architecture knowledge including SAP Architecture.

Responsabilités

• Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and global deployments.
• Generate leads and co-create next-gen business models with clients.
• Develop roadmaps and guide digitization, AI, and RPA opportunities.
• Mentor team members and manage client expectations.
• Deliver MVPs and pilots for transformation initiatives.
