Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior SAP PP Consultant / Manufacturing Transformation Lead in Paris (Hybrid) to lead large-scale manufacturing and supply chain transformation programmes. You will work directly with Operations Directors, Supply Chain Leaders, Plant Managers and Programme Sponsors to drive business transformation and operational excellence.

The role combines deep SAP expertise with consulting leadership, guiding SAP PP, MRP, capacity planning and shop floor control across

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Deep expertise in SAP PP and S/4HANA Manufacturing.
• Led multiple end-to-end SAP implementation programmes.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in French and English; able to liaise with senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Analyse manufacturing, production planning and supply chain processes.
• Lead design of future-state operating models and process improvements.
• Drive SAP PP, MRP, capacity planning and shop floor control initiatives.
• Lead SAP transformation workstreams and manage consultants and stakeholders.
• Support business development and mentor junior consultants.
