EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a Biometric Systems Specialist to join a remote team while collaborating with a major client’s IT team on site. You will analyze biometric matching systems, verify results, train staff, and support deployments across secure environments.

The role requires deep knowledge of biometric modalities, architecture, ML/CV fundamentals, and excellent English. The position offers a competitive package and opportunities to work in an international setting.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, plus 8+ years in the field.
• At least 7 years of experience as a biometric specialist.
• At least 3 years of experience in biometric testing.
• Excellent knowledge of biometric modalities: fingerprint, face, iris, voice, palm, behavioural biometrics.
• Strong understanding of biometric system architecture and end-to-end workflows.
• Solid knowledge of pattern recognition, machine learning and computer vision basics.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and maintain biometric matching systems requirements for performance and data quality.
• Interpret and verify test results and propose improvements.
• Provide training on core biometric technologies to the team.
• Support contractors in implementing biometric functionalities and infrastructure.
• Analyse test results to ensure SLAs on biometric performance and configurations.
• Collaborate with client IT teams on site and remote specialists.
