You will partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to build winning strategies that deliver outstanding talent, against ruthless competition, in a fully remote, high‑paced and asynchronous environment. The opportunity
  • Design and execute merit‑first and scalable recruitment processes across one of the most critical and competitive functions at Kraken
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and different teams to drive end‑to‑end campaigns, supporting their decision making with sound data and market insights
  • Act as a force of change - navigate complex environments, force uncomfortable conversations, act relentlessly in the interest of Kraken
  • Operate as a problem solver and force multiplier by removing blockers and delivering high‑value hires
  • Contribute to cross‑functional projects that elevate our global recruiting infrastructure and help define what "great" looks like.
