Figma is looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team in Paris on a hybrid basis. In this role, you will run full-cycle recruiting for our Business and Go-to-Market teams, partner with global stakeholders, and shape hiring strategies.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of recruiting experience, particularly in high-growth environments, and is fluent in French. Join us in making design accessible to all!

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a high growth business.
• Demonstrated understanding of the SaaS and scaling tech landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Run full-cycle recruiting processes for Business and Go-to-Market teams.
• Partner with stakeholders and executives across global teams.
• Source and manage pipelines of candidates.
