Anotech is seeking an RBI Subcontractor to conduct risk-based inspection studies, identify deterioration mechanisms, and define corrosion loops. You will prepare reports and inspection plans with accurate data and clear documentation for project execution.

The role requires an MSc in Process Engineering, strong English proficiency, and at least five years in RBI, with experience using Meridium and EPC documentation in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• MSc in Process Engineering or related field.
• Strong familiarity with EPC documentation (PDS, MDS, GAD, P&IDs, Line Lists).
• Solid engineering judgment in RBI methodology.
• Knowledge of material selection activities (MSD/MSR).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Minimum 5 years of RBI experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare Corrosion Loop Reports from equipment data and project docs.
• Collect and structure data (Equipment Lists, Data Sheets, Line Lists, P&IDs) for RBI uploads.
• Coordinate with Process, HSE, and O&M to define deterioration mechanisms and inspection policies.
• Perform RBI studies using project RBI software (e.g., Meridium).
• Develop inspection plans and associated recommendations.
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, well-documented, and justified.
• Provide weekly progress reports to the RBI Lead.
