Pierre Fabre Laboratories in Toulouse is seeking a Senior Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology Lead to drive translational PK/PD programs from pre-IND to regulatory submissions. This role combines strategic matrix leadership with advanced Model-Informed Drug Development (MIDD) to optimize oncology programs, rare diseases and dermatology opportunities.

You will design first-in-human studies, interact with global health authorities, and oversee internal modellers and CROs to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead clinical pharmacology strategy across asset teams.
• Strong modeling expertise (PopPK, PK/PD, exposure-response, PBPK, MBMA).
• Experience in oncology-focused translational pharmacology and regulatory interactions.

Responsabilités

• Lead PK/PD development plans from pre-IND through approval and lifecycle management.
• Provide scientific oversight for protocols and clinical study reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Toxicology, Biostatistics, Regulatory) to steer programs.
• Interact with health authorities in global regulatory interactions.
