Aave Labs is looking for a Senior Quant Strategist Engineer in Eu, Normandie to expand its quantitative capabilities. This role combines modeling, validation, and design work to support product development and growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong quantitative foundation, deep DeFi fluency, and engineering capability to contribute meaningfully to cross-functional teams. You will be instrumental in modeling the economics of Aave products and guiding critical product decisions.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with stochastic processes, optimization, simulation, and statistical modeling.
• Understanding of lending markets, AMMs, and rate models, including failure modes.
• Ability to prototype models and collaborate with smart contract engineers.

Responsabilités

• Modeling and validating the economics of Aave products.
• Contributing to product and protocol design.
