Job summary

Flowserve Pompes SAS is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Site QA/QC program in a highly engineered manufacturing setting. You will champion quality improvements, manage KPI tracking (NCs, rework, scrap, first pass yield), and guide CI initiatives aligned with Flowserve sustainability and customer expectations.

You will oversee QC activities across incoming, in-process and final inspection, coordinate with suppliers, and support internal/external audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 8+ years in Quality with 5+ years as a Manager.
• ISO 9001:2015 quality systems experience.
• Strong problem solving using 8D/A3/RCA/CA/PA tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site Quality Program and Cost of Quality.
• Lead customer complaints and escapes problem solving.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 and site-specific certifications.
• Manage QC inbound, in-process and final inspection activities.
• Improve Quality KPIs (NCs, rework, scrap, first-pass yield).
• Support external customer audits and CI initiatives.
