The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in QMS and business process management, with solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. Key responsibilities include driving process improvements and leading a team to support best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in QMS, business process management, or equivalent roles.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Experience in performance management and KPI frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Drive governance and improvement of Quality Management System.
• Ensure coherence between process design, documentation, tools, and KPIs.
• Lead the EMS & Process Governance and Performance Manager team.
