Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential life for residents at JIRDC.
• Develop and administer resident programs and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with ICF standards and state/federal statutes.
• Identify strengths/weaknesses in service delivery and implement improvement strategies.
