VINCI seeks a Senior Quality Lead for the GranMorgu offshore project in France (Courbevoie area). You will define, deploy and sustain the Project Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with contractual standards and company rules.

You will lead cross-package MoC interfaces, audits and KPI reporting to drive performance and continuous improvement. The role requires strong transversal coordination, HSSE integration and the ability to manage quality across SURF, SPS, FPSO, FOPS, D&W and GSR

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or MSc is required.
• Significant experience in Quality Management on large Oil & Gas projects.
• Proven transversal coordination and interface management.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define, deploy and sustain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) across the GranMorgu project.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, referentials and company rules.
• Coordinate MoC processes across all packages and interfaces.
• Lead quality reviews, audits and KPI reporting to drive performance.
• Promote HSSE-integrated quality practices and lessons learned.
• Support governance, risk management and project close-out documentation.
