Jobgether is seeking a Senior QA Engineer (Web) to ensure quality across modern web applications. The role mixes manual testing and automation (Playwright/JS/TS) with equal emphasis.

You will review specs, create test plans, and validate production releases, collaborating with product managers and engineers in a fully remote setup in France. The ideal candidate has strong QA methodology, API testing, cross-browser testing, and experience with Jira, Git, and Allure TestOps.

Qualifications

• Strong QA methodologies and end-to-end testing experience.
• Web tech knowledge: HTTP/HTTPS, REST, DOM, cookies, caching, localStorage.
• Cross-browser and responsive testing across major browsers and devices.
• Proficiency with DevTools and debugging proxies (Proxyman/Charles/Fiddler).
• Hands-on API testing with Postman (REST/GraphQL) and data management.
• Experience with Jira, Git, and Allure TestOps for test management.
• Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript automation experience.
• Experience with media/social features is a plus.
• Strong autonomy, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in Russian and good English proficiency is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead QA for features from hand-off to production release.
• Review specs, write test plans, and create test cases before stabilization.
• Accurately estimate tests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Perform functional, exploratory, regression, UI/UX, and API testing.
• Write and maintain automated tests using Playwright (JS/TS).
• Balance manual and automated testing ~50/50 as required.
• Document QA activity and participate in peer reviews.
• Collaborate with product, frontend/backend engineers, and architects.
• Validate builds and monitor production performance post-release.
• Track QA metrics like escaped defects and test coverage.
