Darwin Partners in Paris is seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join a client project. The role balances manual testing (50%) with test automation (50%), collaborating with Analysts, Developers, Product Owners to ensure quality of complex applications.

You will design test strategies, implement automated tests with Robot Framework and Python, and drive CI/CD integration in GitLab, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate testing. Fluent French and English are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software Quality Assurance / Testing.
• Experience in both manual testing and test automation.
• Hands-on automation with Robot Framework.
• Strong Python and SQL for data validation.
• Experience with web apps, APIs and CI/CD.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Xray.
• Agile/Scrum experience.

Responsabilités

• Analyse requirements to identify risks and test scenarios.
• Define test strategies, plans and cases.
• Design tests for functional, edge and complex scenarios.
• Execute functional, end-to-end, exploratory and manual tests.
• Create and maintain automated tests with Robot Framework and Python.
• Automate tests across web, API and services; integrate into GitLab CI/CD.
• Perform SQL data validation and reconciliation.
• Prepare reliable test environments and data.
• Leverage AI/GenAI to accelerate testing.
• Track defects and support UAT and production issue investigations.
• Ensure traceability from requirements to defects.
• Monitor quality metrics and improve processes.
• Share QA best practices with the team.
