You will validate microservices architectures, REST APIs, and event-driven systems, integrating automated tests into GitLab CI/CD pipelines and promoting shift-left quality across the team. Strong English communication and mentoring skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building test automation with a developer mindset.
• Expertise with Karate, Selenium, Cypress, and RestAssured.
• Strong API testing and RESTful services knowledge.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
• Docker and Kubernetes familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
• Create automated tests for API, integration, and end-to-end flows.
• Validate microservices and REST APIs.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with developers to promote shift-left testing.
• Perform root cause analysis of defects and drive fixes.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Define test strategies, plans, and quality metrics.
• Contribute to performance, reliability, and security testing.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote quality culture.
• Document automation frameworks and test cases.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.
