Job summary

IDnow in Rennes, France, is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to ensure the reliability and robustness of its AI/ML-based identity verification services. You will design automated tests in Python and work day-to-day with data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to shape test strategies and maintain a production-ready CI/CD pipeline.

Fluent English and French, 3+ years in QA, strong API testing experience, and hands-on GitLab CI skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA and test automation on complex systems.
• Strong Python skills for automation (pytest, Locust, etc.).
• Experience with AI/ML systems and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests in Python.
• Debug complex AI/ML components and distributed architectures.
• Own and improve CI/CD pipeline with GitLab CI.
• Collaborate with R&D to anticipate quality risks from design.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure high-quality releases.
• Share QA best practices across teams.
