Jobgether is looking for a Software Engineer (Python) in France to build customer-facing APIs that provision and manage real network resources across global Points of Presence. You will work on asynchronous Python services, network orchestration, and cloud interconnects, with hands-on exposure to BGP, VRFs, WireGuard, and Linux networking.

The role requires ownership of API design through deployment and observability, in a fast-paced, autonomous team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building customer-facing APIs.
• Strong Python with async programming (asyncio, aiohttp).
• Practical networking knowledge (BGP, OSPF, EVPN).
• Experience automating networks with Ansible and SSH.
• PostgreSQL knowledge including schema design and migrations.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain REST APIs for private networks, cross-connects, WireGuard interfaces, and related endpoints.
• Develop asynchronous Python services translating API requests into real network deployments and orchestrations.
• Automate network infrastructure using Ansible and SSH across Linux and network OS fleets.
• Build cloud interconnects integrations to provision in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.
