NetSF is seeking a Senior Python Developer to design, develop and maintain internal tools for telecom network management. You will ensure reliability, scalability and alignment with internal customers. You will collaborate with Product Owner and Delivery Manager, mentor juniors and contribute to architectural decisions.

You will join a close-knit team practicing agile ceremonies, code reviews and knowledge sharing, with opportunities to influence stack choices and engineering standards.

Competenze

• 5+ years in software development, fullstack (React, Javascript, HTMx) with strong Python 3 and Django backend.
• Experience in telecom, OSS or data-oriented environments.
• Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, and Linux (Debian) production environments.
• APIs design, building and integration with internal and third-party systems.
• Experience in agile teams with multiple parallel projects and changing priorities.
• Ability to mentor and coach junior developers.
• Autonomy, proactivity and solution-oriented approach.
• Fluent English (mandatory) and professional French.
