Skillfinder International is recruiting a Senior Project Manager with SimCorp Dimension experience to join a major transformation programme in the investment management industry. The role is based in Paris, France, with a start date of September 2026, and a full-time contract.

Candidates with France-based eligibility and French-speaking would be preferred, though the project uses English as its language. Strong governance, budgeting and cross-functional leadership are essential to drive delivery

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex SimCorp Dimension projects.
• Strong governance, planning and delivery track record.
• Experience in investment management or financial services.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• French language skills are desirable.
• Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 are advantageous.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale SimCorp transformation programme.
• Drive project governance, planning, reporting, risk management and delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and provide regular programme updates.
• Ensure delivery milestones are achieved while maintaining high-quality governance standards.
• Support change management and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Location: Paris, France (preferred)

Skillfinder International is recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager with SimCorp Dimension experience to join a major, multi-year transformation programme within the investment management industry.

Candidates based in France are strongly preferred, particularly those who are French-speaking, although the project language is English and applications from other locations will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale SimCorp transformation programme.
• Drive project governance, planning, reporting, risk management and delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and provide regular programme updates.
• Ensure delivery milestones are achieved while maintaining high-quality governance standards.
• Support change management and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering complex SimCorp Dimension projects as a Senior Project Manager.
• Strong project governance, programme management and delivery experience.
• Previous experience within investment management or financial services.
• Good understanding of accounting and finance processes within investment management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• French language skills are highly desirable.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent are advantageous.
