We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager in the European Union. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee complex IT initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders at all levels. This role provides the opportunity to shape project methodologies, drive process improvements, and deliver high‑quality solutions that impact organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will lead risk management, financial tracking, and performance reporting while fostering collaboration across teams in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Accountabilities
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment for major and minor initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are aligned with strategic goals, monitoring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement escalation processes as needed.
  • Monitor project financial health and manage resource allocation to meet objectives.
  • Oversee test management, deployment activities, and executive‑level communications.
  • Develop and implement best practices, templates, and tools to enhance project management capabilities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar senior project management role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Experience in the banking industry with understanding of banking products, IT architecture, and compliance regulations.
  • Proven track record in IT project delivery and multi‑project coordination.
  • Excellent skills in communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
