International Logistics Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a wide range of projects across a fast-paced logistics business. You will own projects from concept through to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders to drive change and improve systems and processes.

The role offers variety, autonomy and exposure to senior leadership, with hybrid on-site work expectations and travel as required.

• Proven project management experience, preferably within logistics or fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Track record delivering multiple projects simultaneously.

Hours: 40 hours per week worked Monday – Friday

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a wide range of exciting and varied projects across our fast-paced, growing logistics business.

At ILG, we’re an award-winning, market-leading 3PL provider, partnering with premium beauty, fashion and wellbeing brands to deliver high-quality fulfilment and delivery services. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who can drive change, engage stakeholders and successfully deliver projects that improve systems, processes and operational performance.

You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, working with teams across the business to ensure successful delivery. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a role offering variety, autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders.

What we are looking for

• Proven project management experience, preferably within logistics, supply chain, operations or a fast-paced commercial environment
• A track record of successfully delivering multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience leading business change, process improvement or systems implementation projectsStrong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, hands‑on approach and the ability to adapt to changing business priorities
• Willingness to travel to company sites as required to support project delivery and live within reasonable commuting distance of an ILG location
