Arabelle Solutions France in Belfort or Nanterre seeks a Senior Project Contract Manager to lead commercial contract management and claims for complex nuclear projects through design, procurement and construction. You will advise the sales and legal teams and coordinate with project teams.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 10+ years in contract management, strong negotiation, risk management and bilingual French/English. Hybrid work with travel expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree in business, engineering, law, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in contract management, project management, or site management.
• Excellent understanding of commercial terms and contract types.
• Strong risk and cost control skills, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple dossiers and negotiate complex issues.
• Fluent French and English written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Advise sales and legal teams during bidding on contractual and commercial aspects.
• Analyze and summarize contract sections to define project strategy.
• Establish insurance, claims, and amendment procedures with stakeholders.
• Manage contractual and commercial aspects through execution to meet objectives.
• Draft contractual correspondence and notices to clients, partners, and insurers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws in collaboration with Legal.
• Manage commercial risks and opportunities across the project.
• Secure margins through contractual compliance and negotiation of amendments.
• Develop relationships with clients, partners, and key subcontractors.
• Prepare and draft claims and other contractual documents with project team input.
• Lead negotiations of claims, amendments, or settlements.
• Oversee insurance declarations and indemnity requests.
• Maintain project reporting tools and participate in reviews.
• Capture lessons learned and promote best practices in contract management.
• Archive non-digitized contractual documentation.
