EPAM Systems in Paris is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Mobile & Gen AI) to lead modernization of mobile retail experiences in a hybrid work setup with client office visits. You will own the backlog, drive delivery of native iOS/Android features, and champion Gen AI integration with personalization and conversational search.

You will collaborate with design, engineering and business stakeholders, participate in SAFe agile ceremonies, ensure seamless user experiences, and stay ahead of retail

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in mobile apps for retail/e‑commerce.
• Solid background in native mobile app development (iOS and Android).
• Practical understanding of Generative AI, LLMs or personalization in mobile journeys.
• Strong knowledge of EU market practices, regulations and checkout constraints.
• Ability to balance budgets, enablers and customer value with trade-offs.
• Technical acumen for architecture, modular design and modernization challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent English (B2+) and strong French to engage local teams.
• SAFe experience and delivery in agile environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, PM or equivalent.

• Conduct post-launch assessments to analyze feature performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Stay ahead of retail and mobile trends to innovate in personalization and customer experience.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager (Mobile & Gen AI) to join our team in Paris, France, in a hybrid working mode with client office visits. In this role, you will lead mobile app modernization for retail applications, ensuring continuous value delivery, scalability and integration of Gen AI-driven personalization features while maintaining zero disruption to the existing user base. You’ll make high-impact prioritization decisions, foster collaboration across teams and apply strong product leadership in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience with strong knowledge of native mobile app development (iOS and Android)


• Solid background in retail or e-commerce, understanding platform-specific complexities


• Practical understanding of Generative AI, LLMs or personalization algorithms within mobile journeys


• Strong knowledge of EU market practices, regulations and payment/checkout constraints


• Ability to make informed trade-off decisions balancing budgets, enablers and customer value


• Technical acumen to address architecture, modular design and legacy modernization challenges


• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders


• Fluent English (B2+) and strong French skills to engage local teams and business partners


• Proven ability to lead Agile teams and deliver in SAFe environments effectively


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Product Management or equivalent
