Airbus Defence & Space is seeking a Product Manager for Public Safety & Security (PSS) in Elancourt, France, to lead MCX backend product management for nationwide deployments. You will drive roadmaps, backlogs, and collaboration with R&D to align with customer needs and market evolution.

The role requires deep 4G/5G core experience, strong knowledge of 3GPP standards, and fluency in French and English. On-site work near Paris with extensive mobility and development opportunities within PSS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience related to 4G/5G core networks or similar technologies for resilient backend infrastructure for large deployments.
• Good understanding of relevant 3GPP standards.
• Good knowledge of public safety and defence segments.
• Customer-oriented mindset and highly motivated to work in a collaborative environment.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Define the roadmap and backlog management for the MCX infrastructure (backend software, 3GPP interfaces, IT platforms).
• Guide R&D Engineering by managing the backlog for each release.
• Manage solution evolution requests and arbitrate R&D budget allocation.
• Develop migration strategies from Narrowband to MCX and from 3rd party MCX to Airbus MCX.
• Deliver commercial launches with pricing policy, marketing content, and customer engagements.
