A leading online therapy service is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product growth for both consumer and therapist sides. This role requires 5-7 years of experience in a B2C product role, a data-driven mindset, and excellent analytical skills. BetterHelp is looking for an IC that is excellent at execution and has a passion for building and growing successful consumer (B2C) products (we have a 2 sided marketplace so you could be on the client side or therapist side). This individual will take start-to-finish responsibility on some of our highest impact projects which can include bringing to market new products and features, as well as optimizing our existing products to sustain and accelerate our growth. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work on interesting projects, is action oriented, excited about seeing the results/and the impact it can have all while making a difference in the lives of many people globally.
Yes. We operate on PST and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. We ask employees to travel to our San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite to collaborate in person and strengthen working relationships. Travel expenses are covered and reasonable accommodations are made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel.
The base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements): Teladoc Health Benefits 2025 . Total compensation is based on several factors – including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
