Overview

About Us: We are a fast-growing hair accessories brand, primarily selling in the English markets. We have proven our product-market fit and are now ready to take our product excellence to the next level.

The Opportunity: We are at a pivotal moment. Our products are selling well, but we know we can do better—much better. We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager who will take complete ownership of our product development and optimization strategy. This isn’t a support role; this is THE leadership position for product.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision: Define what "perfect" looks like for our core product line and build the roadmap to get there
• Lead product development: Take projects from initial concept through design, prototyping, testing, manufacturing, and launch
• Challenge everything: Question our current materials, design choices, and manufacturing processes
• Make the calls: You\'ll have decision-making authority on product direction, suppliers, materials, and specifications
• Drive optimization: Continuously improve our existing products based on customer feedback, market trends, and technical possibilities
• Manage the supply chain: Work directly with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure quality, timelines, and cost targets
• Report to leadership: Present your strategy, progress, and results directly to our COO and CEO

Qualifications

Experience & Expertise :

• 5+ years in product management for physical consumer goods
• Deep understanding of materials science and manufacturing processes
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept to market
• Track record of launching successful products or significantly improving existing ones
• Knowledge of quality control, testing protocols, and production scaling

Skills & Mindset :

• Autonomous: You don\'t need hand-holding. You identify problems, propose solutions, and execute
• Fast-paced: You move quickly, test assumptions, and iterate without getting stuck in analysis paralysis

Must-Haves :

• Fluent in English
