Splio seeks a Senior Product Manager for Data & Connectivity to lead the vision and execution of integrations, data interfaces, and AI-enabled data workflows. You will shape API and connector strategies, drive data quality initiatives, and collaborate with engineering and marketing to deliver scalable value for customers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management for B2B SaaS and platform products, with a strong technical mindset and fluent English, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS and platform products (data platforms, integration products, APIs, ETL/ELT, CDP/CRM ecosystems, or developer-facing tooling).
• Strong technical acumen: comfortable with APIs, data models, connectors, pipelines, identity/matching, event tracking, and system integrations.
• Data product mindset: ability to improve data quality, usability, and trust (validation, normalization, monitoring, governance-oriented UX).

Responsabilités

• Own the Product Vision & Strategy for Data & Connectivity, aligning with Splio’s goals and customer needs.
• Make integration self-service: design onboarding journeys and reusable integration patterns.
• Build best-in-class data interfaces: define APIs and ingestion/export mechanisms for flexible yet simple integration.
• Raise data quality standards: set expectations for validation, normalization, and monitoring.
• Lead Discovery & Delivery: identify opportunities via research and data analysis, deliver incremental value.
• Collaborate across teams: work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and customer-facing teams.
• Drive outcomes with metrics: define and track KPIs like activation rate, time-to-value, connector adoption, and data quality.
