Descrizione del lavoro

EcoVadis is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a strategic use case end-to-end, from customer problem to market launch. You will work with senior engineers and product experts, prototype with AI, and validate requirements directly with customers to drive measurable outcomes.

This builder role emphasizes high agency, rapid experimentation with AI, and ownership of outcomes over outputs. English fluency is required in a globally distributed team.

Competenze

• Typically 10+ years experience in B2B enterprise SaaS with meaningful business outcomes.
• Ability to prototype with AI tooling, LLM APIs and scripting languages (Python/JavaScript) without waiting for engineering validation.
• An AI-native way of working is already part of how you operate, not an aspiration.
• Comfort operating in regulated, data-rich sustainability or risk domains, or the speed to get there fast.

Mansioni

• Own the end-to-end vision for your use case (regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization or resilience).
• Understand market and technical requirements and draw inspiration from partners and customers.
• Engage customers directly to validate problems and build interest with buyers and prospects.
• Prototype with AI to build working demos and test assumptions.
• Drive the build forward with engineering to unblock progress across product areas.
• Partner with Strategic Use Case Leads and commercial teams for go‑to‑market.
• Own the outcome by defining measures of success and guiding pivot/stop decisions.
