Qantev in Paris is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define product strategy, roadmaps and metrics for our B2B SaaS offering, building from the ground up.

You will partner with engineering and design to ship features using agile processes, and work with cross-functional teams including customer success, sales and marketing to gather feedback and drive adoption. Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, especially in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with strategy, roadmapping, feature definition, and key metrics.
• Strong customer research, data synthesis, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.

We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to join our team in Paris. You’ll also be helping to define our product strategy, processes, and product culture largely from the ground up.

Your role:

As a member of the Product Management Team, alongside our technical experts, you will get an opportunity to:

• Own product strategy, roadmaps, and metrics for the collaboration areas of Qantev’s product, while also contributing to Qantev’s overall product vision
• Be extremely customer centric. Understand customer needs, then define and ship zero-to-one features and enhance and scale one-to-n features
• Partner with engineering and product design to iterate and ship features using agile processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams including customer success, sales, and marketing to gather feedback, communicate product strategy, and drive the introduction and adoption of product features
• Implement, refine, and scale product management best practices
• Contribute to Qantev’s product culture, assisting with hiring and team development
• Bring first principles thinking and a focus on continuous improvement to all aspects of your work

Your profile:5+ years of overall product management experience, much of that focused on B2B SaaS productsExperience with product responsibilities that involved a mix of strategy, roadmapping, feature definition, and enhancing key metricsExperience with customer research, aggregating data, synthesizing feedback, and communicating product insights and strategy to a variety of stakeholders including executives, go-to-market teams, and engineersExceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaborationExperience contributing to the culture and processes of a young product organization.Fluency in English (Both Verbal and written). French and any additional languages are a plus.Bonus skills:Familiar with tools like FigmaEngineering backgroundWork on products related to dataExperience in the healthcare industry or in insurance/financial services
