OCUS is redefining content generation in Paris with its AI-native Ocus Catalog. We seek an experienced product manager who will own the end-to-end product vision, manage a team, and coordinate high-profile communications with our CEO.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of tech product experience, deep knowledge of AI tools, and a strong business acumen. Proficiency in English and working knowledge of French are necessary. Join us for an intense, high-impact role in a growing environment.

• Strong experience in AI generative systems and quality management.
• Daily usage of AI tools in product work is essential.

Ocus Catalog produces the photo and video content behind the world's largest delivery apps. We're rebuilding it as an AI-native product: content created, managed, and optimized by an autonomous system, with our 20,000-creator network as the authentic physical-capture layer no competitor can copy.

Your mission

• Own Ocus Catalog end-to-end — the AI generation and quality system, the roadmap, and the highest-stakes rooms (multi-million-€ platforms, restaurants, creators)
• Rebuild Catalog as an AI-native product: content created, managed, and optimized by an autonomous system
• Set the eval and quality bar for generative content, orchestrate models and pipelines, and own the cost-versus-quality curve
• Design human-in-the-loop as the fallback, not the default — with the 20,000-creator network as the physical-capture layer
• Report directly to the CEO and own internal and external communications for the product

Qualifications

• Has 7+ years shipping products that moved business metrics, in a fast-moving tech company (founder experience is a strong plus)
• Is an AI product builder — generative pipelines, eval-driven quality, model and pipeline orchestration
• Is AI-augmented — uses AI tools daily in product work, not experimentally; automates, scripts, codes experiments and prototypes, challenges engineers
• Has strong business acumen — reads market dynamics, is great with customers, holds their own with executives
• Is fluent in English with working French, and willing to work on-site at the Paris HQ (30-person team, high intensity)
