Naboo.app, a leading B2B platform for corporate events, invites a Senior Product Engineer to join one of our product squads based on profile and priorities. You will design and ship features from discovery through to impact validation, and ensure high quality, performance, and robustness.

We seek 10+ years in fullstack development with strong product sensibility, 2 years in technical project management, and expertise in React/Next.js, Node.js/NestJS, MongoDB, and GraphQL.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in fullstack development.
• Strong product and business sense; understand the impact of your work.
• 2 years of experience in technical project management.
• Strong command of React / Next.js.
• Strong command of Node.js / NestJS.
• Comfortable with MongoDB and GraphQL and performance challenges.
• Autonomy and sense of responsibility.
• Good written and spoken communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Actively take part in team rituals: code review, delivery sync, project sync, retrospectives, 1:1s.
• Support less experienced profiles on best practices.

The tech team

50 people — Tech, Product, Data, QA, Design — organized into autonomous squads using the Shape Up method, each responsible for a key domain:

• Offer — the tools that allow our partners (venues, caterers, service providers) to manage their offering and their requests
• Acquisition — the visitor-to-lead journey, from discovering Naboo to the first point of contact
• Conversion — the transactional heart of the platform, from request to validated quote
• Finance & Procurement — billing, budget tracking, and procurement workflows on the client side
• Enjoy — the experience of attendees and organizers around the event itself

Your responsibilities

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in fullstack development
• A genuine sense of product and business: you understand the impact of what you build
• 2 years of experience in technical project management
• Strong command of React / Next.js
• Strong command of Node.js / NestJS
• Comfortable with MongoDB and GraphQL and the associated performance challenges
• Autonomy and a sense of responsibility
• Good written and spoken communication in English
