Job summary

Betclic Group in Bordeaux is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Product Design team. You will transform complex sports betting journeys into intuitive, mobile-first experiences, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and Content Designers across Discovery, Delivery and post‑launch learning.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience designing complex digital consumer products.
• Strong UX/UI fundamentals including information architecture, journeys, interaction, usability, accessibility, and mobile-first design.
• Solving complex product challenges such as personalization, large content catalogs, real-time information and sophisticated user journeys.
• Professional judgment, evidence-based decision making, and clear reasoning to balance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex design challenges end to end from discovery through delivery.
• Design intuitive, engaging mobile-first experiences that simplify complex sports content and real-time journeys.
• Make informed design decisions using player insights, product data and critical thinking.
• Explore alternatives, prototype and validate ideas before converging on a solution.
• Apply strong UX/UI craft to create accessible, engaging experiences with responsible motivation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, User Research and other teams across Discovery, Delivery and post-launch learning.
• Use AI-assisted design tools responsibly to accelerate exploration while maintaining human judgment.
• Raise design quality by mentoring others and contributing to reusable design patterns.
• Measure outcomes with Product, Data and User Research to drive improvements.
