Cycloid is seeking a senior product designer to own end‑to‑end design across complex platform workflows. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and DevOps to shape the architecture, UX, and UI, while driving a scalable design system and AI‑driven workflows.

The role is fully remote across Europe, offering high autonomy, direct impact, and opportunities to influence the product direction for a leading internal developer platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product design.
• Experience designing technical products (developer tools, platforms, or cloud software).
• Experience leading design in startup teams or small companies.
• Strong interaction design, UX architecture, and UI design skills.
• Comfortable with frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, basic JS).
• Ability to influence product strategy and collaborate with engineers.
• Ability to communicate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Pragmatic, simplicity‑oriented problem‑solving mindset.
• Fluent in English.
• Startup mindset and autonomy.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the product design vision for Cycloid, aligning with strategy and goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end design of new features: discovery, flows, architecture, prototypes, UI, and refinement.
• Shape UX for complex, technical domains such as platform engineering workflows and infrastructure automation.
• Collaborate daily with product, frontend, backend, and DevOps to define requirements and validate solutions.
• Establish a scalable design system for the next generation of Cycloid.
• Integrate AI-powered workflows into design processes to accelerate discovery and iteration.
• Translate designs into Vue.js implementations with participation in visual or interaction fixes.
• Report progress and direction to the Founder.
