Datadog is hiring a senior product design manager to lead design across our security products. You will guide a team of designers in Paris, Madrid, and New York, shaping an industry‑leading security experience built around threat detection, containment, and exposure reduction.

You will partner with Product and Engineering leadership to drive cross‑team alignment, push for design excellence, and own outcomes. This hybrid role emphasizes collaboration and impact across security domains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in design with leadership experience
• Strong user advocacy and attention to detail
• Proven ability to elevate team output and product design quality
• Experience leading complex B2B/B2C security products

Responsabilités

• Lead design direction across your team’s security products end to end (interactions, visuals, consistency)
• Run critiques, give direct feedback, push for bold, opinionated solutions
• Coach and grow designers across Paris, Madrid and New York offices
• Help define a security design system atop Datadog components with security workflows in mind
• Partner with Product and Engineering to evolve cross‑platform roadmaps and collaboration
• Own product and business outcomes linked to design work
• Bring AI fluency into how the team explores, validates, and ships designs
