Polène Paris is seeking a Senior PR & Influence Coordinator to boost the Maison’s visibility across the EMEA region, reporting to the EMEA PR & Influence Manager. You will work with internal teams and external partners to develop opportunities with VIPs and influencers, manage gifting programs and oversee day-to-day relationships.

You will join a dynamic, international team of around 20 people, contributing to campaign planning, events and media monitoring while maintaining Polène’s luxury brand

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Public Relations or Talent Management.
• Strong understanding of influencer, media and social media ecosystem.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop opportunities with VIPs, influencers and talent across the EMEA region.
• Support paid collaborations from talent identification through execution and performance tracking.
• Manage influencer gifting programs and day-to-day relationships with talents and agents.
• Contribute to the rollout of the EMEA social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Support communications around product launches, store openings and events.
