Polène is seeking a Senior PR & Influence Coordinator to drive visibility and engagement across the EMEA region, working closely with the EMEA PR & Influence Manager. Based in Paris, you will identify opportunities with influencers, manage partnerships, and oversee gifting programs.

You will help roll out the regional social media strategy, monitor media coverage, coordinate brand experiences and support communications around product launches and events with a luxury fashion lens.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Public Relations or Talent Management.
• Experience in fashion or luxury industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of influencer, media and social media ecosystems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Curious, organized, rigorous and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop opportunities with VIPs, influencers and talent across the EMEA region.
• Support the implementation of paid collaborations and partnerships from talent identification through execution and performance tracking.
• Manage influencer gifting programs, coordinating shipments and day-to-day relationships with talents and their agents.
• Contribute to the rollout of the EMEA social media strategy ensuring consistency across content and brand communications on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Support communications around product launches, store openings and events with Polène’s brand identity.
• Monitor media and social media coverage and analyze the impact of media exposure.
• Design and coordinate brand experiences including craftsmanship workshops, boutique appointments and exclusive events for influencers and VIPs.
