Jobtailor in France seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage client portfolios including sole traders, artisans and firms. You will prepare VAT returns, annual accounts and tax packages, and present financial statements to clients.

You will also lead a team of 3–4 people, train junior staff, and develop best practices while ensuring compliance with professional standards and leveraging digital accounting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree +1 year postgraduate study or Master's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in an accounting firm preferred.
• Methodical and well organized.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage a client portfolio comprising sole traders, artisans and commercial companies.
• Prepare VAT returns, annual accounts and tax packages.
• Prepare and present financial statements.
• Prepare income tax returns.
• Provide hands-on advice and manage client relationships.
• Prepare interim accounts, forecasts, dashboards and business plans.
• Manage a team of 3 to 4 people.
• Develop best practices within the firm.
• Train junior staff.
• Contribute to the advisory services provided to business owners.
• Comply with professional standards and internal procedures.
• Serve as the technical point of reference for team members.
• Act as the liaison between partners and team members.
• Take technical responsibility for work performed for portfolio clients.
• Use digital tools for clients' accounting monitoring and administrative organization.
