Euronext Corporate Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Compliance to lead the ECS product ambition for Compliance across Europe. You will architect a category, empower compliance offers with top-of-the-shelf digital tools, and simplify regulatory adherence for employees through an integrated platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in product management in SaaS or technology environments.
• Proven knowledge in compliance and regulation in financial services.
• Strong understanding of full product development lifecycle and go-to-market strategies.
• Technical knowledge of APIs, data tech, and front-end developments.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

• Define product strategy and vision aligned with business objectives and IT strategy.
• Conduct discovery interviews to uncover pain points and build a fast-to-market roadmap.
• Define digital solutions and workflows for a smooth customer journey.
• Ensure APIs and embedded widgets enable effortless client integration.
• Collaborate with UX for co-design and client testing.
• Grow the portfolio with SaaS modules and features to meet corporate growth goals.
• Oversee the global product roadmap with business and IT alignment.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales and Marketing.
• Use data to iterate and optimize the product experience.
• Drive innovation with industry experts and senior leadership.
• Possibly manage one or two product managers.
