Job summary

Vibe is hiring a Product Manager to own Measurement & Reporting, the surface where campaign performance becomes clear and actionable. You’ll report to the VP of Product and shape the strategy for CTV measurement across ecom and CPG, with expanding coverage into apps, local, and travel.

You will work with Data Science, Data Platform, Eng and CS/Sales to ensure measurement differentiates Vibe and informs budget decisions. SQL and data-driven insights are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management on performance AdTech, measurement or analytics products.
• Strong grasp of digital measurement (attribution models, incrementality and causal testing, MMM).
• Solid statistical literacy, including experimental design, holdouts, significance, and confidence intervals.
• Track record of shipping client-facing reporting or insight products for marketers.
• Fluency with outcome KPIs across verticals and with the ecom/CPG performance stack.

Responsibilities

• Own advertiser-facing reporting, including dashboards, outcome metrics and exports for both technical and non-technical buyers.
• Productize attribution and incrementality to a client-grade standard with integrations to trusted measurement tools.
• Translate measurement into clear recommendations and actions that drive spend decisions; support campaign optimization.
