Hornetsecurity’s Service Reliability team is seeking a Senior SRE to design, build, deliver and operate tailored platforms for internal product teams. You will take platforms from requirements and architecture through automation, deployment, production operations and continuous improvement.

You will work across Linux, Kubernetes, networking and database services, set SLIs/SLOs with product teams, and lead incident response with on-call rotations. English and French communication required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Linux administration and infrastructure engineering experience.
• Ability to own technical decisions and discuss with product teams.
• Clear communication in French and English and practical improvement mindset.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical lifecycle of platforms for internal product teams, from requirements to production operation.
• Automate Linux configuration and infrastructure operations; build delivery workflows with GitLab CI/CD and GitOps tooling.
• Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs; lead incident response and post-incident actions.
• Develop observability using dashboards, logs and traces; collaborate with developers to instrument services.
