Klaxoon by Wrike is building an internal development platform to streamline product delivery with Python and TypeScript. You will design components, automate releases, and ensure robust testing and documentation. The role collaborates with engineers, managers, and stakeholders across teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Hybrid work is available with 1-2 office days per week; strong English communication and security-minded development practices are essential for the team’s success.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and maintain internal development platform components.
• Automate release processes and GitOps workflows with ArgoCD.
• Ensure high code quality through comprehensive testing strategies.
• Maintain and improve system documentation and runbooks.
• Provide technical support for platform users and participate in incident response.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines for FE/BE.
• Maintain L10n integrations and mobile app pipelines.
• Promote best security practices across the stack.

About The Role

The DevOps team at Wrike enables Product Engineering and Ops with scalable, automated solutions to streamline product delivery pipelines. We embrace modern development platform practices, combining industry-leading tools with Wrike-specific, in-house solutions to maintain "Elite" performance across all four DORA metrics. In this role, you will design and implement components of an internal development platform, such as scripts, CLI tools, microservices, and UI components. To be a successful candidate, you must excel at Python and TypeScript development and have experience creating maintainable, well-tested production code. You should also have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, containerization, GitOps, and cloud platforms. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with engineers, managers, and stakeholders across multiple teams to deliver effective solutions.

Team Dynamics

• You’ll report to Pavel Ivakin, a manager with a strong engineering background.
• The DevOps team at Wrike consists of 6 members: 3 cloud-focused engineers, 2 dev-focused, and the manager.

• Tech stack:
  • Languages and frameworks: latest Python versions, TypeScript, Bash
  • Frameworks and libs: FastAPI, Pytest+VCR, SQLAlchemy, Angular, Temporal
  • Infrastructure: Gitlab, Gitlab-CI, TeamCity, k8s(GKE), ArgoCD, Linux, GCP Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry
• Scrum based processes (standups, bi-weekly plannings, quarterly plannings)
• Hybrid mode: 1-2 days/week working from the office by agreement to foster collaboration.

Your Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in typed-annotated async Python
• A willingness to take ownership of specific projects
• Ability to conduct meetings with internal clients
• Experience writing user and tech documentation
• Strong debug skills including dealing with network problems and SQL performance issues
• Essential Linux skills
• Confident level of English
