Imprimerie du Marais seeks a highly agile Producer/Project Manager to bridge our international client teams and the Paris production ateliers. You will lead print production for UK and US accounts, coordinating briefs, specs, materials, finishing, budget and timeline.

Fluent English is mandatory; French improves daily operations. The role requires 10+ years of production management and hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM tools, and project management systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing print production projects.
• Fully bilingual English; French speaking a plus.
• Hands-on with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM tools, and project management systems.

Responsabilités

• Own project execution end-to-end: brief, technical specification, production oversight, delivery.
• Act as the go-to technical expert for Sales in London and New York, turning briefs into viable technical specifications that meet budget and timeline requirements.
• Brief the costing team and manage quote sign-off.
• Manage artwork checks, client approvals, and third-party designer relationships.
• Be the eyes and ears on the ground for the sales team on live projects: run on-site press passes and quality checks, relay client changes to the wider team.
• Proactively keep clients and stakeholders informed on schedules and progress.
• Strong client focus: balance creative ambition against budget, timeline and technical constraints.
