Qualifications

• 4+ years in a paid media role within an agency.
• Experience with enterprise-scale and scale-up clients.
• Proficient in English at a high professional level (C1+).
• Proven track record of exceeding performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives into cross-channel paid media strategies.
• Design roadmaps, budgets, KPI frameworks, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with SEO, creative, and data teams for integrated solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of four paid consultants.
